This information sheet provides you with details about how we process your personal data and the rights you have under data protection regulations.

1.2. What categories of personal data do we process and where do we get it from?
We only process personal data that clients provide to us. We process the following categories of personal data:
a) Full name (first name, surname, title if applicable), address (street, house number, postal code, city, country)
b) Contact information (phone number, email)
Additionally, we process personal data that is publicly available in public registers and databases when necessary. We process the following categories of personal data:

We do not process any special categories of personal data.

1.3. What are the purposes and legal bases for processing personal data?
We adhere to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council dated April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (known as the "GDPR") and other relevant legislation.
a) We process personal data of individuals who provided data through marketing or contact forms and who consented to data processing (Art. 6, para. 1(a) GDPR).
b) We also process personal data for our legitimate interests (Art. 6, para. 1(f) GDPR), primarily for market research and marketing. This includes initial contact where it is not yet clear if there is interest in a specific service or product.
c) Data processing is also necessary for compliance with certain legal obligations related to business activities, particularly in finance and accounting (Art. 6, para. 1(c) GDPR).
d) In cases of interest in specific services or products, we process personal data to take steps before concluding a contract (Art. 6, para. 1(b) GDPR).

1.4. To whom do we provide your personal data?
Within our company, employees whose duties require it have access to your personal data. To meet some legal and contractual obligations, we use services from external providers, including accountants, attorneys, or other professionals bound by confidentiality.
Additionally, we may provide personal data to other recipients, particularly public authorities, if necessary to meet legal obligations.

1.5. What rights do you have under GDPR?
Upon request, we will inform you whether and which personal data we process and provide related information (Art. 15 GDPR). You also have the right to request correction (Art. 16 GDPR), deletion (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), portability (Art. 20 GDPR) of your data. You may also withdraw any consent you previously provided, though this does not affect processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Additionally, it does not impact processing that GDPR allows us to perform without consent. You can also object to processing for our legitimate interests for reasons related to your specific situation. In such cases, we will stop processing your data unless we can demonstrate legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms or for establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims (Art. 21, para. 1 GDPR). For processing related to direct marketing, you may object without giving reasons (Art. 21, para. 2 GDPR). You can contact us for these purposes (see contact details above). We will handle your request as quickly as possible and, in any case, within the legally required timeframe (primarily Art. 12 GDPR). Additionally, you have the right to file a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority if you believe your rights concerning personal data processing have been violated.

1.6. How long will your personal data be stored?
If you provided us with personal data and consented to data processing for one or more purposes, we will retain your data for the duration of this purpose or purposes or for the duration of your consent. We will also process your data if you are interested in our product and service information and have not objected to processing.

1.7. Will your data be transferred to a third country or international organization?
We do not plan to transfer your personal data to any third country or international organization.

1.8. Are you required to provide us with your personal data?
Providing your personal data is based solely on your decision and your interest in specific services or products. To provide or facilitate services or products, we need your personal data.
